This project is expected to last for about 34 months and will result in a design for the future of Emmet Street that is ready to build. The project has three basic phases – planning, design, and implementation. The timeline below shows major milestones in the project.
- Right-of-Way Acquisition and Utility Relocation: Fall 2025 – Spring 2026
- Construction Advertisement: Summer 2026
- Construction Start: Late Summer 2026
